Class Descriptions
Seniors - This is a class for the Young at Heart. The class includes stretching, light toning, and a very low impact aerobic section.
Glutes & Abs - This class focuses on toning the abs, glutes, inner and outer thighs. This class will strengthen, shape and tone those problem areas.
Kickboxing - These high impact classes will leave you sweating for more! These classes will get you in shape, decrease stress, improve strength & muscle tone and much more!
Step Combo - This high energy class incorporates basic step and floor work for a energy charged workout! Perfect for all fitness levels, this class will make you sweat!
Yoga - Yoga utilizes stretching postures, breathing and meditation techniques to calm the emotions and quiet the mind.
Body Power - You've heard of of BodyPump, well this is our version for the popular total body conditioning class. Body Power focuses on the entire body using barbells with adjustable weights, tone and condition muscles while raising your metabolic rate for rapid fat burning. Instruction is through Rep Reebok with class format changing every 12 weeks.
Total Body Power - This combination of Glutes & Abs and Bodypower will give you a Total body workout every time! This class uses weights and cardio.
ABSolutely Abs - The name says it all! A 20 minute class for the Abs and lower back. Try it before a spinning class or for a little extra work in your ab routine
Sculpt & Tone - Work the upper, lower and core with this great class using weights, body bars, balls and more! This is a great class if you are a just starting out or if you want a add on to your routine. Perfect class to add folowing step or any cardio routine!
Spinning Classes
Spinning is a 45 minute indoor cycling class that is designed to give you the best cardio workout and calorie burner that you can get in such a short amount of time. Participants must sign-up for each class in order to reserve a bike in that class. Sign-up is located outside of the Spinning Room. The instructor will take each class through a simulated out-door ride that is accompanied by music. The class is designed for all levels of fitness in that each individual is in control of their own resistance level. Participants must bring their own water bottle. Polar Heart Rate Monitors are available for student use. Have fun and be prepared for one heck of a bike ride!!!
