Descriptions : Seniors-This is a class for the Young at Heart. This class includes stretching, low impact aerobics and light toning. Kickboxing-This combination Kickboxing class will have you sweating for MORE! This class includes Kickboxing routines and cardio to sculpt the body and burn calories! Step Combo-This high-energy class incorporates basic Step and Floor work for and energy charged workout. Yoga-Yoga utilizes stretching postures, breathing & meditation techniques to calm the emotional state and the mind. Power Vinyasa Flow-In this Power Vinyasa class you will flow from one posture into another to create a vigorous workout and opportunity for deep release and transformation. Due to the vigorous nature of this style it is best if students already have familiarity with yoga. BodyPower- BodyPower focuses on the entire body using barbells with adjustable weights to tone and condition muscles while raising the metabolic rate for rapid fat burning. Abs – This 20 minute class focuses on the core. Perfect for all fitness levels and for those who don’t like to do Abs on their own. CardioBLAST/BodyBLAST-This fun high energy class is something different every time so you’ll always be challenged. Class may include: Kickboxing, Step, Sports Conditioning and more! BodyBLAST incorporates weight training along with various cardio workouts. Cycling -This 45 minute indoor cycling class is designed to give you the best cardio workout and calorie burn that you can get in such a short amount of time. This class is designed for all levels of fitness in that each individual is in control of their own resistance level. Bring a water bottle! Keepin’ Fit-This class is designed specifically for those individuals concerned about keeping healthy and fit as they mature. You’ll be led through and energetic lo-impact cardio routine with added toning and stretching, for a well-rounded workout. Step Circuit-Love Step and intensity? Then this class if for you! Get your cardio on and sculpt that body with Step Circuit! Step INTENSITY-Want more out of your step routine? Step Intensity will keep you sweating for more moves to work that body into shape! Butt & Gut HARDCORE. The name says it all! Want rocking Abs and a tight rear? Then join us for this class that will focus on those trouble zones to help, lean, firm and tighten those areas! Movement and Motion: This combination Yoga meets Pilates class will get your chi back in place as you Flow through the movements. Good for your mind, body and soul. Millers B.C. EXTREME: This ain’t your mama’s aerobics class! Millers Boot Camp EXTREME training is a combination of Boot Camp meets sports conditioning. This incorporates cardio, weights, drills, the indoor and outdoors to keep you sweating or make you cry! Be prepared to work to your max and leave feeling GOOD!!! This class will meet in the Gym.
